When you cried last time and, if no secret, for what reason?

Last time I cried, it was September 2008 in Pyongyang (North Korea). I went to the concert at Children's Palace, and there was this little girl who played flute. I've never seen performance as good and touching as that one.

There are some events during our life, when it seems as there is no way out. That could be tragic circumstances or such assessment of them. At that time, what's the thing to do?

This is one of those things, that anyone is facing time after time. But we have the freedom of choice and it's always right beside us. When it seems that there's no step you can take, you can always start from the beginning or look at the situation from the different perspective.

Mostly, we don't see the way out, when we think about ourselves only. If you're helpless - try to help someone else.

Could you please choose any event of last days, weeks or months, that has distressed you? It can be any happening on a local or international scale. How could you comment on it?

There was this story about a man, who kept his daughter for many years in the basement of his house and abused her in many ways. I can't understand that. It doesn't makes me mad, I just feel helpless and sad. I hope, the punishing he'll get, will help him understand deeply what he has done.

There's always a new danger watching for humanity in its way, always a new temptation we're ready succumb to. What's the danger of our days? And what's the way to avoid this trap?

I'd say - globalization. It brings money into few peoples hands only, and the rest are depending on that. Those few can use their riches to control politics and everything else.

To avoid it - support small business first. It's a shame, that we live in the world with most of population living in poverty, when we have more than enough resources to feed them all.

What are the main obstructions to apply humanities principles at our today's life? Could they be solved?

It's a long process, but I believe it could be solved. We should start from education, because that's what can change everything. We need knowledge and truth. People with knowledge can choose better, and the truth can set us free.
